When Genuine Drinking Meets Typical Eating
Explicitly created to welcome our guests, our farmhouse with winery is a characteristic restaurant built in an old manor house, which was renovated in 1995 and it is located in the countryside of San Polo di Piave, just a short distance away from the River Piave. Personally managed by our family who is passionate about healthy and genuine drinking and eating typical of the Piave area, the farmhouse is also a meeting point for a number of gourmet associations, including Slow Food and the Accademia della Cucina Italiana.
In a wine tasting, we generally offer our typical, local wines such as Prosecco DOC Treviso and Raboso Malanotte DOCG along with Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 and the unforgettable ‘Barucchella’.
These wines accompany well seasonal menus with local, typical foods and renowned denominations, such as the White Asparagus from Cimadolmo IGP and the Red Radicchio from Treviso, duck, goose, capon, rabbit, tagliatelle with turkey sauce, pastry, cotechino with horseradish and ‘drunk’ cheese. We offer many local, typical recipes in our farmhouse.
